Our curriculum has two aims,

  1. We seek to teach students all about film studies both the craft skills and theoretical concepts too.
  2. To produce transformational outcomes in the student’s lives, that includes:
  • Improve social and communication skills and develop friendships
  • Increase social and community participation
  • Develop interests that can be pursued in the local community
  • Participate in adult learning and build your confidence
  • Increase work ready skills
  • Increase English skills

Support for our students

We provide support of our students in class, our support manager is a professional disability support worker who oversees the well-being of all our students and their needs. Each class has a support worker to help the students have a great experience.

All are welcome!

We don’t underestimate anyone, and will find ways to engage our students no matter their physicality, learning or communication style – everyone has the right to access quality education. Just give it a try!

We encourage participants to have Capacity Building, line item 09_008_0116_6_3 (innovative community participation) within their plans and that they be plan managed or self managed.
